Mount Juliet Spa Etiquette

1. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment Mount Juliet Spa reserves the right to charge the full cost of the treatment booked. When booking your treatment you will be asked to provide credit card details in order that we can enter your reservation into our booking system.
   
2. Pre-Booking of treatments is essential to avoid disappointment.
   
3. Mount Juliet Spa is designed for clients of a minimum age of 16 years of age.
   
4. We ask our clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment time to change and then unwind in our relaxation Room where our therapists will provide refreshments.
   
5. Please let your therapist know of any existing medical conditions when booking your treatment.
   
6. Dressing gowns and slippers will be provided to clients. The changing rooms have shower facilities complete with toiletries and towels.
   
7. Please switch off mobile phones upon entering The Spa.
   
8. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of valuables. Please keep them secure.
